Helene Hwayeon Shin

Helene has always been interested in psychology and her thesis focuses on building safe institutional cultures in the workplace, that is, organizational environments that foster the welfare of employees, and which benefit the industry as a whole. While encouraging the workplace to adapt to the global economic climate, which changes rapidly, coming up with ideas about creating a psychologically and physically safe environment in our workplace is her ultimate goal.
